Detailed Product Description
The molding process of crystal float stone is completed in the tin bath accessing protective gas (N2 and H2). The fusion materials continuously flow from the tank furnace and float on the surface of liquid tin with big relative density; under the gravity and surface tension, the solution of crystal stone spreads and levels on the surface of liquid tin, becomes flat and hardened at both upper and lower surfaces, and then is leading to the transition roller table. The roller rotates and sends the crystal stone from the tin bath to the annealing furnace. After annealing and cutting, the flat crystal stone products have completed manufacturing. Compared with other molding methods, the float process has the following advantages: suitable for high-efficient manufacturing of high-quality crystal stone; featuring brush lines free, uniform thickness, leveled upper and lower surfaces, and parallel to each other; the scale of production line is not restricted by molding methods; low energy consumed by unit product; high utilization of finished products; facilitate scientific management and the implementation of mechanization and automation; high labor productivity.
